Chicken Steak Recipe

Material for Chicken Steak Recipe:
* Chicken heap 1 pce, take the bone out
* mashed potatoes 75 gram
* Vegetable stew 75 gram

Seasoning spread recipe for Chicken Steak :
* Garlic 1 clove, puree
* Onion 1 clove, puree
* Bombay onion 1/8 clove, puree
* Black pepper powder ¼ tea spoon
* Salt to taste
* Fried oil 1 eat spoon

Mushroom Sauce recipe:
* brown sauce 200 ml
* Button mushroom 5 pcs, blanch, thinly sliced
* Garlic 1 clove,
* Onion 2 clove, mince
* Bombay Onion 1/4 clove, mince
* Butter 1 spoon
* Salt to taste

To produce Chicken Steak Mushroom Sauce:
  1. Seasoning spread: Mixed all materials, blend evenly.
  2. Marinate chicken with seasoning spread. Let stand for about 30 minutes
  3. Sauce: Heat butter, sauté garlic, shallots and onions until fragrant. Add mushrooms, sauté until wilted. Pour the brown sauce and add salt, bring to a boil. Remove and set aside.
  4. Bake chicken until cooked. Lift. Serve chicken with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, and vegetable stew.
For one serve:
Tips :
  1. To make the mushroom sauce is commonly used button mushrooms, button mushrooms can be fresh or canned button mushrooms.
  2. Before sauce mixed with other ingredients, should dip mushrooms in boiling water a few minutes (blanching).
  3. Fungus does not have to thin pieces, could also be cut in half or quarters depending on size of mold used.
Brown Sauce


Material Brown Sauce Recipe:
* Butter 50 gram
* Wheat flour 50 gram
* brown stock 1 liter
* tomato paste 3 spoon

To make Brown Sauce:
  1. Heat the butter / margarine until melted.
  2. Add flour, cook over low heat, stirring frequently until browned.
  3. Pour the brown stock gradually, stirring until blended.
  4. Add tomato paste and stir well. Cook on low heat until boiling and thickened.
  5. Lift. Brown sauce is ready for use.
For 1 liter
Tips :
  1. Mix butter and flour cooked until golden known as brown roux.
  2. To add flavor and aroma is usually added garlic or onions when melted butter / margarine.
