Cemani chicken is Indonesian origin, all of the part of this chicken is black including internal organ. I my self haven't cut this chicken but I have one. Cemani chicken is not include of Domestic chicken and they are not stand to heavy diseases like domestic chicken.

In certain beliefs of chicken cemani is often used for certain rituals that are often performed by shamans as a condition in performing the ritual. The color of cemani chicken can say all are black including meat color and egg color also black.

The price of cemani chicken is expensive compare to domestic chicken or broiler chicken. Because this chicken include of  ornamental chicken like kate chicken and lough chicken that come from Makasar Indonesia. Cemani chicken is not stand too long time under sun light because black color will absorb heat and make cemani chicken dehydrated. You must providing large enough for Chicken drinker.
