Nugget Chicken Recipes

Recipe obtained from the NCC, but according to mailing list this recipe is obtained from Sedap magazine.

But perhaps it was the first .... I still do not really successfully to try. Because the meat was dispersed, why? Or can't stuck. So, it cut like disperse flesh. We'll try again later.

Here is the recipe:
Chicken Nugget Sedap

Material:
300 gr chicken mills
50 gr cheddar cheese, is grated
2 eggs, beaten off
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 tsp ground pepper
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Mixed Materials:

100 gr bread flavor
2 pcs eggs, free shake

How to make:
Stir the minced chicken, cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic.
Pour into 20 cm square pan spread with oil and covered with plastic.
Steam the mixed for about 20 minutes. Lift up. Once cool, cut into pieces 2 x 2 cm
Dip slices into egg nuggets and roll in bread crumbs. Do it 2 times.
Nuggets fried in hot oil until well browned.

Use breadcrumb more beautiful  & delicious. Once anointed with the flour, do not immediately fried, put in refrigerator about 1 hour before the truss can be stored in the freezer for a month.
